Preferred Locations is North West England in a highly visible, prominent location. It must also be close to a high density of businesses or homes, with a local population of 50,000+.

Our preference is for freehold properties, albeit long leasehold will be seriously considered on merit. B2 and B8 planning is sought and ideally the building will be between 18,000 and 40,000sqft with good eaves height. Parking for 20-25 vehicles.
