Storage World Hale and Wilmslow, recently shortlisted as one of Europe’s tops Self Storage facilities, has announced the appointment of managers Dave James and Ben Thornton to its growing team.
The duo plan to expand on their recent shortlisting and further improve the Hale and Wilmslow facility, supporting the space needs of the local community.
With a background in corporate Account Management, Dave James joins the team as Customer Service and Operations Manager. His role encompasses the management of the facilities and its processes, while also ensuring the needs of their 300 customers are met and their expectations exceeded. Dave is the public chair of fundraising for the charity Children with Cancer and recently obtained a Guinness World Record as the fastest man to complete a marathon as a stock cube.
With valuable background experience in retail and business-to-business sales, Ben Thornton joins the Hale and Wilmslow branch as Sales Manager. His role is front-facing to all incoming enquiries, tenant move-ins, and will also see him work closely with Dave on a daily basis to support the running of operations.
